Strata Records Search

If you would like to conduct an inspection of the strata records (under section 182 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015), please note the following:

• A request to inspect strata records must be put in writing.
• The searcher must provide written authority from the current lot owner, or from the appointed selling agent accompanied by the agency agreement between the owner and the agent.
• The fee to be paid to carry out a search is $34.10 as prescribed by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016. Once your request is received, we will provide you with the trust account details. The fee must be paid before we are able to book a search.
• Please allow up to 72 hours for us to book your strata search. If an urgent booking is required (24 hours), additional fees may be charged.
• Strata searches are to be conducted online.
