Strata Records Search

If you would like to conduct an inspection of the strata records (under section 182 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015), please note the following:

• A request to inspect strata records must be put in writing.
• The searcher must provide written authority from the current lot owner, or from the appointed selling agent accompanied by the agency agreement between the owner and the agent.
• The fee for an owner is $31 (including GST) for the first hour, and $16 (including GST) for each extra half-hour that it takes to prepare the records.
• The fee for other persons authorised by an owner is $60 (including GST) for the first hour, and $30 (including GST) for each extra half hour.
• Please allow up to 72 hours for us to book your strata search. If an urgent booking is required (24 hours), additional fees may be charged.
• Strata searches are to be conducted online.
