  • Initial and final budget preparation, with unlimited review until Inaugural AGM
  • Review of Draft Strata Plan and any relevant associated documentation
  • Review of draft By-Laws
  • Assist with the Developers statutory obligations such as handover of preventative maintenance plans
  • Obtaining quotations for all ongoing services required at the development post completion
  • Obtain building insurance quotations
  • Set up bank accounts and ABN / GST registration for all relevant schemes
  • Prepare and send agendas for both the Inaugural and First Annual General meetings
  • Ensure all relevant Developer centric motions are included for approval within meeting agendas ie embedded network, easements, council requirements etc
  • Conduct both Inaugural and First AGM’s
