Request Section 184

If you would like to request a 184 Certificate (under section 184 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015), please note the following:

• A request for section 184 Certificate must be put in writing.
• The fee to be paid to obtain a 184 Certificate is $119.90 inc GST per lot and $59.95 inc GST per utility lot, as prescribed by the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016. Once your request is received, we will provide you with the trust account details. The fee must be paid before we can send you the 184 Certificate.
• Please allow up to 72 hours for us to send you the 184 Certificate. If an urgent 184 Certificate is required (24 hours), the fee is double.
