If your unit is to be rented out via an agent, it is important that you provide us with details of your agent so we can ensure they are included on all correspondence, please also ensure you tick the box if you want your agent to receive all levy notices on your behalf.

At AscendCorp Strata we are conscious of the environment and as such, we prefer to correspond electronically including issuing levy notices. Please assist us by providing your email address on the contact details form, this allows us to reach you much faster rather than through the postage system.
